I often hear people say, "I don't know if I really need coaching or therapy." Like all things in life that have a financial cost attached to them, this is a decision that people must make for themselves.
However, in this modern world of constant stress and pressure, the theraputic process can be extremely beneficial and enriching. If you feel the build up of stress and anxiety in either your personal or professional life, then simply gaining techniques to reduce stress, learning to relax your mind and nervous system, is an excellent way to remain healthier and happier.
