Service Description

Although I specialise in Performance Coaching for Musicians, This process can be used with anyone who wishes to improve their performance in any area. It consists of taking the client from their current performance state and assisting them through a process that allows them to move into their desired performance state. This is based on the individual needs of the client. The process is based on understanding the specific area that one wishes to develop. We explore the present issues regarding what is working in the desired way and why, look at what is not working and use the Plan/Do/Review system, set SMART goals to achieve better results and, using meta-cognition, continuously evaluate to tweak, adjust, adapt and improve performance. Hypnosis can be used to aid visualisation, internal dialogue and emotional positivity during this process.
