Service Description

Finding the Cause! This is one type of therapy you can choose. It comprises of Free Association of Memory Recall whilst in Hypnosis. You will be induced into relaxation and hypnosis, and then asked to freely associate your memories. You will briefly describe the memory you have focused on and also describe the emotion associated with it. You will then repeat this with new memories as you freely associate. Over time, you will release the energy and emotion that has been stored in these memories, allowing you to eradicate your neurotic behaviour. This process allows you to re-assemble your past, put it into a more present and adult perspective and regain the energy to use in your present, daily life. This therapy is very natural, as it is governed by the client themselves. Apart from the induction into relaxation and hypnosis, the memory recall is directed by the client’s unconscious mind, allowing them to ‘hone in’ on the repressed material in a manner and time-frame that is right for them.
