Service Description

Sometimes we just want to talk things through and get a different perspective on things. This type of therapy is a little more personal than Causal Hypnotherapy, as it is more of a two-way interaction. At heart, it is just two people talking things through with the view to getting to the crux of the problem, understanding its effects on your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and then, adapting, adjusting, reframing or eradicating it. Hypnosis can be used as part of the therapeutic process to help clarify certain aspects and to embed positive suggestions and affirmations. This would be jointly decided upon by both parties throughout the therapy
